Training Program Manager - Training+Internship

Description:

FreeDOM Development is looking for enthusiasts with excellent leadership and organizational skills to be involved in the Training Program Manager training+internship program. After being hired as Training Program Manager the person will be responsible for all training/internship programs designed and developed by the company.

In the scope of the training/internship program, the participants will have the opportunity to pass a free-of-charge training program for 3-4 months where they can gain all the necessary technical knowledge, soft and hard skills to be able to manage the whole cycle of the training programs within the company. After successfully finishing the training program the applicants will start a 2-month paid internship and be involved in real-job tasks.

In case having very good results and good progress after 2 months of the training, the candidate, parallel with his/her training, will be given the opportunity to manage the interns and coordinate their training/internship program.

Training responsibilities and duties:

  • Be involved in full-time training with theoretical and practical lessons
  • Be involved in researching and learning the latest skills and technologies required for the position

Responsibilities after being hired:

  • Manage the whole cycle of training/internship programs, from conducting daily standup calls to checking and assessing exam results
  • Search for gaps in training content and materials that need updating to generate higher productivity
  • Communicate with management, trainees, and team members to ensure that all needs are met
  • Identify future training needs, review the existing training programs and suggest enhancements and modifications to improve learning, engagement, and retention
  • Conduct daily standup calls with trainees and follows up on their progress during the program
  • Check exam results, make comments on the incorrect answers, and direct trainees in finding and sourcing the right ones
  • Resolve any specific problems and implement necessary solutions for them
  • Regularly report to direct managers about the progress of trainees 
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Training+Internship program details: 

  • The training/internship program, as well as the further work, will be fully Remote.
  • We request a minimum commitment of 30-40 weekly hours availability for the training+internship program.
  • Scheduling is flexible and could include a variety of weekdays as well as Saturdays and Sundays.
  • The duration of the program is ~5-6 months (3-4 months free training + 2 months paid internship/probation)
