What is Inbound Marketing?

An ever-increasing part of the customer journey takes place online, and on social media. Before contacting a company, a prospect has already taken many steps in the decision-making process. It is therefore crucially important that the prospect can find the company during that process. Inbound marketing is the most effective method for doing business online. On top of traditional outbound marketing activities (advertising, buying email lists, cold calling leads), inbound marketing focuses on:

• Increasing the online findability.
• Creating quality content that attracts relevant people to the company and its product/solution.
• Making sure that our prospects will find us when looking for a solution for their problem by bringing valuable information to them at the right time. This will help our prospects to find our services/products and lead the audience to our company channels.
• Helping us convert these leads and generate business. More leads, optimized conversion rates, and a higher turnover, that’s the ultimate goal of inbound marketing.

So if you are interested in it and would like to become an expert in Inbound Marketing and help us to fulfill the goals of our IT products, then this program is exactly for you.

Responsibilities and duties:

The program will start with minimal knowledge training which will last about 3-4 months. During the training program, the participants will be involved in full-time training with theoretical and practical lessons, such as:

• Basic knowledge in the Information Technology field
• Marketing and Sales knowledge
• Digital Marketing tools
• Inbound Marketing methodology
• Customer pre-sales and post-sales support
• Other hard and soft skills required for the position and field

After successfully completing the training program the participants will start 2 months paid internship program during which they will use their gained knowledge and skills in practice on a real product(s), in particular:

• Creating, managing, and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that leverage SEO, social media, inbound marketing, email campaigns, and events to grow customer acquisition
• Provide comprehensive consultation and advice to the company's existing and potential customers by phone or other remote communication channels
• Providing pre-sales and post-sales support
• Attending and participating in meetings, workshops, events, and exhibitions
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the industry’s best practices, strategies, and offerings including inbound marketing

Participants who will complete the training+internship program successfully will be offered to continue the cooperation already as employees with the long-term conditions.

Required Skills and Qualifications to be accepted to training+internship:

• Excellent knowledge of verbal and written English
• Passion for marketing, building relationships, and business development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• Basic knowledge in digital marketing theories, tools, and innovations
• Previous experience in the IT market or at least a good understanding of the IT products, IT market, and its requirements
• Previous experience in marketing management is a plus

Training+Internship program details: 

• The training/internship program, as well as the further work, will be fully Remote.
• We request a minimum commitment of 30-40 weekly hours availability for the training+internship program.
• Scheduling is flexible and could include a variety of weekdays as well as Saturdays and Sundays.
• The duration of the program is ~ 6 months (~3-4 months free training + 2 months paid internship/probation)

During the interview, we will pay attention mainly to your algorithmic thinking and your logic.
